curious, gentle, expressive, and occasionally funny (jury's still out). My work is relational and shaped by decolonial practice, intersectional feminism, and Gestalt and somatic traditions. I bring my humanness into the room and meet you in yours as we make sense of the big, tender, messy parts of being alive.

slow down and get curious about your patterns, reconnect with the parts of you that had to go quiet to survive, and explore new ways of being in relationship - with yourself and with others. I'll offer gentle space to explore the strategies that once helped keep you safe while creating more room for choice, awareness, liberation, and joy.

laidback, relatable, sometimes direct, playful, and grounded. I love to bring humor, creativity, movement, and imagery into the room. I’m a lesbian and genderqueer person and care about consent, collaboration, and disrupting the hierarchy that therapy can often replicate.

identify with the LGBTQIA+ community (teens, adults, and partners); are looking for support as they heal from religious harm and trauma; are recovering people-pleasers; and those who've had to hide parts of themselves in order to feel safe. I work with people who are hoping for ALL parts of them to finally feel seen, heard, and held.

I love to sit with folks in every part of their process. I grew up in an oppressive church, and my Gestalt therapist introduced me to what it might feel like to radically choose how I show up in the world. I want to offer that space to others. As I witness folks in their big, sometimes messy processes, I am always deeply impacted by their courage.

Working with me will be collaborative. We will parse through what works and what doesn't, and again and again, return to choice. You have access to autonomy and agency over how we work together - this is your space. I love to get up and move and experiment. This work is often rich and hard, but it can also be fun and expansive!
