I work with people who’ve spent years trying to be who others needed them to be. Many are queer, neurodivergent, late bloomers, or deep feelers who’ve felt out of place for a long time, especially in their families or faith communities.

I'm licensed in both CA & UT. I offer virtual therapy to meet your busy schedule, and I have limited in person availability in Sierra Madre, CA.

I am a wife, friend, oldest sister, cat mom, serial hobbyist, and lover of trinkets. I like to spend my free time crafting, making art, going to hockey games, watching reality TV, or playing cozy video games. I'm so excited to meet you :)
