I specialize in working with people who:

struggles with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, bullying, communication and couples issues, trauma, historical/generational trauma, had faced discrimination, teens with maladaptive behavior and abandonment issues.

I became a therapist because:

of a personal mission to build an offer to anyone a heightened sense of safety to understand & manage life challenges and care for oneself and others.

I have a wealth of experience working with teens, parents, families, young adults (first, second generation) and couples.
