Together, we’ll identify goals that matter to you, revisit them as your needs evolve, and track progress in a meaningful way. I offer practical tools, honest feedback, and encouragement to help you stay engaged and moving forward.

I work with high-functioning adults from diverse backgrounds who may appear outwardly successful but are struggling to navigate life transitions, anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, identity-related challenges, & severe mental illness. I especially welcome survivors of religious abuse and LGBTQ+ clients seeking an affirming space to feel understood & supported.

I was drawn to mental healthcare by a deep curiosity about people and a desire to help them heal. Working in inpatient, residential, and partial hospital settings deepened my belief that no one is fundamentally broken and that trauma can heal. I strive to promote resilience by offering a safe, compassionate space for growth and change.

I received my PhD from Washington University in St. Louis. I spent over 10 years teaching & conducting mental health research before focusing fully on clinical work. I work with adults, including older adults, & specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma (including religious trauma), substance use, existential issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, & men’s issues.
