I also consider the role of culture, family expectations, and identity—especially for those navigating culture and identity.

I wanted to create a space where people feel understood and supported while also gaining clarity and the ability to make more intentional choices.

I’m an Asian American woman of Indian descent and a New Yorker at heart, now based in California. My work is shaped by both personal and professional experience, including navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and high-pressure corporate environments. I am a mother of two children and fur babies. I work with both individuals and couples.
