I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. I walk alongside clients at their own pace, encouraging growth while respecting their unique experiences and strengths.

My goal as an intern therapist is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their stories. I strive to create a soft, welcoming tone while fostering trust and collaboration.

My clients would describe me as understanding and approachable, someone who helps them feel supported when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck. I aim to provide a space where challenges can be processed, strengths can be uncovered, and healing can begin at a pace that feels right.

I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, career and job-related stress, relationship conflicts, cultural identity issues, and low self-esteem.

I enjoy working with clients who may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck, and I aim to provide a safe space where they can process their experiences.

I am grateful and feel honored to support each person on their journey toward healing and growth. I truly believe that every individual has the strength to overcome challenges, and my role is to walk alongside them with care and curiosity.
