Social justice, compassion, & inclusivity are important to me. I believe therapy can include humor. Things don't have to get worse before they get better. You can gain hope and start to feel better after your first session. Many of my clients do.

I specialize in working with people who:

want something different & to be the best version of themselves. Many of my clients are neurodivergent &/or chronically ill. They want to work with someone who gets it. I'm an ADHDer, live with chronic illness/pain, & have fought to get medical care.

I became a therapist because:

I've been through a lot in life. The trauma I've experienced is part of me. It is an honor and a privilege to support my clients through theirs.

More about me and my practice:

I’ve been married for 39 years, have adult children, am an ADHDer, lost family to suicide, & was a caregiver for elderly parents. I live with chronic illnesses- EDS, POTS, MCAS. I enjoy helping clients find & live the life they want.
