I specialize in helping people move through depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and the pain of grief and loss. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of income. I have a B.A. in Communication Studies and an M.A. in Education & Clinical Counseling. I started my career helping college students navigate school and career challenges. Now, I love supporting people like you to grow, find balance, and live more authentically every day.
