With 20+ years of experience, I support clients in rebuilding trust, managing emotions, and improving communication during life’s most overwhelming moments.

I became a therapist because I wanted to help youth and families find hope and healing during life’s most difficult moments. Seeing how support, understanding, and the right tools can transform pain into growth inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others navigate challenges and rebuild stronger connections.

I am passionate about serving individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and understand the cultural, family, and community pressures that shape our experiences. Growing up in Compton, California gave me a firsthand understanding of resilience and adversity, helping me connect authentically with clients and meet them where they are.
