I focus on helping people sort through their limiting beliefs and traumas, their emotions and repetitive thoughts. I am passionate about helping people learn about themselves and access resources. I want them to know that they are not alone, and during these turbulent and traumatizing times I am more committed than ever to supporting my community.

Develop a safe space to process big emotions and past traumas; where you can have corrective experiences and increase self-compassion. The therapeutic relationship is super important, so we will spend time getting to know each other and create goals in alignment with your values. We will move at your pace, and I respect your lived experience.

You have (or suspect you may have) ADHD, C-PTSD, Autism, anxiety, and/or depression and you are seeking a safe place to learn coping skills and cultivate self-compassion. You are newly navigating your sexuality and/or gender expression. You are trying to access gender-affirming care and talk about how queerness informs and impacts your everyday life.

I am an anticapitalist, abolitionist, queer, Autistic therapist. I am heavily tattooed, vegetarian, and passionate about Bravo TV. Also my pitbull, Luna, likes to attend our sessions.
