I specialize in working with ADHD adults who are exhausted from masking, people-pleasing, or white-knuckling through life. I became a therapist because I'm deeply curious about people and relationships—and, like many therapists, I hadn't figured out my own brain yet. My ADHD diagnosis came during grad school and reshaped everything. I do this work to be what I needed back then—someone to say: just because you can't do it doesn't mean you don't care.

I've been (hyper)focused on ADHD since 2020—absorbing everything about evidence-based treatment. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and built around creating a meaningful life. At Brilla Counseling, I supervise and train each clinician. We serve Greater Sacramento in person, adults virtually across California, and children through intensive parent work.
