My approach is to ask questions that help you look at situations from different angles. I will support you in making sense of what has been bothering you and help you form a new empowering story of yourself as your foundation.

Together, we will:

consider what has contributed to anxiety and beliefs. We will talk about about these experiences and what you think about them. We will work on expanding your story to help you feel grounded and confident in yourself.

I specialize in working with people who:

people who are looking to break patterns and pursue their personal goals more intentionally. I am trained to work with the pregnant and postpartum population and I have lots of experience in supporting parents.

I became a therapist because:

I want to support others in finding relief from the thoughts and worries that can hold us back.
