I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 17yrs. I specialize in working with mood and anxiety disorders and relationship issues. I drawn upon a range of therapeutic theories, from CBT, Psychodynamic theory, to Spiritual Psychology. My approach is crafted to the individual I am working with and their needs, personality, & presenting issues.

My theoretically eclectic & humanistic approach to treatment makes my practice unique. I take an informal approach in my sessions, seeing the client as having their own wisdom while also recognizing they have come to therapy to receive professional insight, direction, and guidance. I often offer suggestions & insights for the client to consider as a fit.

I am friendly, approachable, and create a comfortable and safe environment. I also recognize that humor can be a helpful part of therapy. The client can expect a place where they can share their current experience with someone who is empathetic, caring, & non-judgmental. The client has a place to be heard while also receiving any insights that I may have.
