I specialize in life transitions such as young adults entering the working world; middle aged adults facing parenting, family and career challenges; or older adults transitioning to retirement, coping with illness or caring for others.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist out of my own journey healing and the endless possibilities as a psychologist for continued learning and growth.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is in a quiet neighborhood in San Anselmo next to the theological seminary. There are redwood trees outside the window and a labyrinth.

The values of awakening, compassion and service are fundamental to who I am. Insight and self-understanding requires a deep compassion for self and others. Service to others is simply a recognition of our fundamental interconnectedness.
