My approach is supportive, direct, sex-positive, and non-judgmental. I integrate couples therapy, sex therapy, somatic psychotherapy, existential-humanistic psychotherapy, positive psychology, and practical tools to help individuals and couples create meaningful change.

Together, we will slow things down, understand what is happening more clearly, and identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. We may explore emotions, body awareness, communication, sexuality, relationship dynamics, grief, anxiety, depression, or life transitions so you can create more conscious choices and healthier relationships.

Clients have described me as calm, thoughtful, engaged, and direct. My style is warm and non-judgmental, but active and practical. I try to create a space where people can speak honestly about life, relationships, sexuality, and emotions while receiving support, reflection, and honest feedback.

I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, desire differences, sexual difficulties, infidelity, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I also work with LGBTQIA+, poly-aware, kink-aware, and non-monogamy-aware clients and relationships.

I became a therapist after personal therapy helped me through a difficult depressive episode in my early 20s and became a source of healing, growth, and self-understanding in my own life. I deeply enjoy supporting clients in their growth and empowerment, and I am continually inspired by the work they do.

I offer therapy in person in San Diego and online throughout California. Individual sessions are $195, and couples sessions are $295. I also offer brief introductory calls before scheduling an initial consultation so you can ask questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
