I’m passionate about working with children and young adults, especially those who are queer, neurodivergent, and/or Asian American. I believe that our kids are yearning to be heard, loved, and accepted as they are. My clinical practice is thus guided by the phrase “meet them where they are, and not from where we want them to be”.

In my work with your child, I will draw on play therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and traditional psychotherapy approaches to best fit their treatment needs and goals. I hope to foster growth in emotional regulation, self-awareness, self-esteem, and problem-solving skills so our children can express themselves freely and live as they want to be seen.

My clients would describe me as fun, warm, and supportive. Children see me as a child at heart and do not find me to be intimidating to talk with.
