Though generally drawing from a blend of Psychodynamic therapy, IFS, and Brainspotting, I value the unique experience of each client. We will work together to co-create a treatment approach, so that you are informed and empowered at every step.

My office is in San Jose, and a short drive for those in Campbell, Los Gatos, and Saratoga. I am also available for telehealth throughout CA.

I'm passionate about serving clients who identify as the "helpers" of their families and communities: whose needs are overlooked or personhood is overshadowed by their care for others. My office exists for these folks to know they matter too.
