I often work with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and with individuals that are experiencing grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, and relationship and work stressors.

My interest in supporting others to cope with their hardships began at a very young age due to my own background filled with traumas and hardships.

As a clinical social worker, supporting clients to overcome barriers to their various treatments is an important aspect and an integral part of my social work practice. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients from various backgrounds.
