Something to know about my approach is that I understand fertility struggles affect identity, relationships, and emotional safety. I create a supportive space where grief, fear, and uncertainty can be explored openly while helping clients build coping tools and regain stability during the fertility journey.

Together we will create space to explore the emotional impact of fertility challenges while developing tools to manage uncertainty, stress, and grief. Our work will focus on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and confident as you move through difficult medical and life transitions.

Clients often describe me as warm, relatable, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment. I balance compassion with thoughtful guidance, helping you feel supported while also encouraging meaningful insight, growth, and lasting change.

I work with adults navigating infertility, reproductive loss, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. I support clients experiencing fertility treatment stress, pregnancy loss, relationship strain, and emotional overwhelm related to medical uncertainty and identity changes.

I became a therapist because I am deeply committed to helping people navigate life’s most overwhelming experiences with support, insight, and dignity. My work is driven by a passion for helping individuals heal emotional wounds, strengthen resilience, and build lives and relationships that feel safe, meaningful, and authentic.

My practice provides a supportive space for adults navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, and major life transitions.
