Once you become my client, I will incorporate the most appropriate therapy type for your needs. I am currently utilizing emotionally focused therapy, solution focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing approaches. I am also trained in EMDR.

Together we will rediscover your strength and purpose. I began in serious mental health and addiction work, and through dual diagnosis training found my calling in marriage and family therapy. My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. They often share that they feel truly heard, supported, and never judged in our work together. I’m known for being thoughtful yet direct, offering gentle challenges when needed while creating a safe, collaborative space where growth feels empowering and authentic.

I specialize in supporting people healing from childhood trauma, including sexual, emotional, and physical abuse, scapegoating, or growing up with parents with undiagnosed mental illness. I also work with survivors of intimate partner violence, rape, poverty, homelessness, bullying, suicidality, and social exclusion.

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people heal from pain and trauma, find their voice, and reclaim a sense of safety and self-worth. Witnessing resilience and growth inspires me, and I’m committed to guiding others toward empowerment, understanding, and lasting emotional well-being.

I hold two master’s degrees: an M.S. in Addiction Psychology from Arizona State University and an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. I also completed Harvard Medical School’s Media and Medicine certificate in 2021 and earned several addiction medicine certifications from Stanford, including benzodiazepine and opioid tapering.
