My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences of adversity and personal growth. Exploring the deeper patterns beneath my own struggles transformed the way I understood myself and the possibilities for change. Being part of that process is both deeply meaningful to me and the foundation of my work.

I have years of experience helping teens and adults in treatment centers and private practice. I hold degrees in both psychology, social work, and have extensive training in the field of clinical social work, psychology and depth psychology.
