My approach is reflective and collaborative, drawing from CBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and family systems frameworks to support meaningful, sustainable change.

Together, we will explore patterns, build insight, and strengthen coping skills while identifying practical tools aligned with your goals and values. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, emotional well-being.

My clients describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to talk to. They share that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and even a little scary, but that I create a space where they feel understood and empowered. I strive to move at a pace that feels right for each person, offering steady support as we work together toward meaningful growth.

I work with adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, academic stress, trauma, PTSD, and life transitions. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and create an inclusive, culturally responsive space that honors your unique experiences, values, and identities.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about supporting people in understanding themselves, navigating challenges, and creating meaningful change. I am inspired by human resilience and growth and find it deeply rewarding to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered on their journey.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy (MA MFT) at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). I am a first-generation college graduate and bring over nine years of full-time experience in the mental health field, supporting individuals and families with complex needs.
