I do my best work using a person-centered, relational approach while integrating trauma-informed care into all aspects of treatment. This builds trust and empathy, allowing our connection to guide the approach. My work is eclectic, drawing from CBT, Gestalt, trauma-oriented, and other methods based on each person’s needs.

I recognize how trauma shapes nervous system responses, relationships, and beliefs, and support healing through self-compassion and practical regulation skills

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. Helping people make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change is what inspires and guides the work I do.

With decades of experience, I blend behavioral health, creative arts, and trauma-informed approaches. I’m an advocate for disability, mental health, gender and sexuality, and neurodivergence, viewing differences as strengths.
