Using a combination of Gestalt, ACT, CBT, Somatic Experiencing, Psychodynamic techniques, and Gottman, I help you get grounded and regulated first, then together, we safely explore the deeper roots of your patterns, so you can integrate insights into your daily life.

Together we will learn about your patterns and their sources, then it's about integrating what you learn about yourself into your daily life - that's where the real change happens and lasts.
