I specialize in working with people who:

I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I also specialize in helping people who identify as ADHD or Neurodivergent, who need support with living in a Neurotypical world.

I became a therapist because:

I want to support people in their time of need to find ways to move towards a life full of meaning, fulfillment, and passion.

I offer therapy through a secure telehealth platform to clients all over the state of California.
