I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I specialize in helping people who identify as ADHD or Neurodivergent, who need support with living in a Neurotypical world.

I want to support people in their time of need to find ways to move towards a life full of meaning, fulfillment, and passion.

I am a Neurodivergent-Affirming therapist who has specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self Compassion, and Polyvagal Theory in therapy. I am a Certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) Provider.
