We will explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, working toward clarity, healing, and personal growth, while ensuring you feel heard, respected, and understood every step of the way.

My clients describe me as compassionate, attentive, and easy to talk to. They often say I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood. I am seen as supportive yet honest, helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and navigate challenges with care and respect.

My interests include children, teens, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and self- image. I would love to use my knowledge and professional skills to support you.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping others feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe in the power of a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences, heal, and grow. Supporting others through life’s challenges gives my work meaning and purpose.

I am a new immigrant and come from a Chinese background. I speak Chinese and English, and I slightly understand some Japanese. Currently, I am studying Spanish! I am currently enrolled in the PCC master's program at Loma Linda University.
