My approach to therapy is based on YOU - What works for one person will not work for all. I offer hiking, climbing, and nature experiences as well as in office work where we can explore psychedelics and body based therapy. If you need structure, we will build it together. If you need the space to feel and explore - there is room for that too.

Together we will build a relationship where you can fully trust and make the changes that will transform your life. Humans are built to heal together - you won't be in this alone. My background as a middle school teacher helps you get the most out of your sessions and the tools you'll need to take that learning into the rest of your week.

My clients describe me as unique - I'm won't be a silent blank wall. We will laugh together, have hard conversations, & explore your struggles as well as your passions. My definition of health is "flexibility" - we must adapt to change, get up when we fall, and recover after illness. It's not about being perfect all the time, but how we rise.
