I understand that life can bring loss, burnout, trauma, grief, and other challenges that require healing and support. My own experiences have taught me the value of therapy and other healing approaches. I use both my professional knowledge and lived experiences to help clients navigate their challenges, recognize their strengths, and work toward healing.

I’m a Licensed Social Worker serving clients throughout Colorado through telehealth therapy. I also offer life coaching services nationwide. I’m EMDR-trained and offer EMDR Intensives for clients seeking focused support to process traumatic experiences and move toward healing, confidence, and personal growth.
