Ashton uses a multimodality approach to tailor her work to the specific needs of each individual client, and has experience utilizing Person-Centered therapy, Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Behavioral therapy, Dialectal Behavior therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy).
