My approach is structured, collaborative, and evidence-based. I work with adults and couples who are often high-functioning externally while privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or major life transitions. As a retired law enforcement professional, I understand high-stress environments and the stakes.

Together, we will identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, improve communication and relationships, and work toward meaningful, realistic progress. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and effective in both your personal and professional life.
