I specialize in somatic therapy, where we work together to help you to reconnect with your body, emotions, and inborn curiosities so you can access more embodiment and satisfaction in life. I most often see people for LGBTQIA+ support, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity work, PTSD, and eating disorders.

I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach in our sessions. I am particularly inspired by helping people to define and understand what 'health' means in their unique life. I have years of experience working in intensive outpatient settings for eating disorders and practice with Health at Every Size principles.

I most often here that people feel grounded around me. I hope to take some of the stuffiness out of therapy and make space for the irreverent along with the serious. I love an intellectual discussion, but especially love feeling into the fullness of a person's experience with them. I am so honored by the chance to sit with people.
