Ready to live authentically and compassionately on your own side? My approach incorporates trauma-informed IFS and mindfulness-based therapy to offer a supportive space to explore the parts of you that feel stuck or in conflict. Together, we'll help those parts soften so you can feel greater well-being and confidence within yourself.

Create a healing space where every part of you is welcomed, helping to lighten the burdens you carry and develop a kinder relationship with yourself. In our sessions, we'll start with whatever feels most alive for you in the moment, allowing the work to unfold naturally, often incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches to healing.

Warm and safe, collaborative and non-judgmental. I’m not here to tell you what you “should” do, or assume I know what’s “best” for you. I’m here to help you turn inside and discover your way forward from a place of inner wisdom and strength.

I specialize in working with people who are struggling with low self-esteem, inner criticism, perfectionism, anxiety, or relational trauma and want to feel more confident and authentic.

I know what it’s like to struggle, and my own path of healing inspired me to help others reconnect with their inner strength and self-compassion. As a Buddhist practitioner, I hold a deep respect for each person’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal.

I’m a Boulder-based therapist and longtime Tibetan Buddhist practitioner. I’m also a parent, a partner, and a fellow traveler on the healing path. I feel grateful to for the guides who helped me reconnect with a sense of wholeness during difficult times, and I would be honored to be a support as you move toward greater healing and ease in your own life.
