I believe much of therapy is a journey of coming home to one’s truest self, by both uncovering what has been and cultivating something new. My intention is to ultimately support clients in creating a more connected and deepened relationship with themselves and their lives.

I approach healing primarily through the following therapeutic models: ACT, Somatic/body-based therapy and IFS. In incorporating these perspectives, as well as considering the critical role of the nervous system in mental health and trauma, I seek to create a holistic experience for clients.
