I approach therapy as a journey an exploration of my clients inner worlds. Each person has the potential to live more fully and more authentically, yet struggle with the confidence and tools necessary to get there. I love to facilitate self-discovery

I am very open and non-judgemental about all issues, yet I am willing to share my objective observations to facilitate growth!

I specialize in working with people struggling with confidence and mood stability. I also specialize in working with couple's sort through differing beliefs and communication styles and those desiring to improve their relationships with others.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about understanding and connecting to the diverse experiences of others.
