My approach is collaborative, honest, and warm. I will call you on your stuff but I do it kindly, and I make sure that you always have the tools to know what to do with the information. I value the trust and respect of the therapeutic relationship and am mindful of power dynamics and privilege, and I value holding space for that to be thoroughly explored.

Together we'll come up with a detailed plan that's designed specifically for you. There is no such thing as one-size fits all with me. I'm specific and considerate of the unique qualities of the person in front of me, and my approach is designed to honor those qualities and help you develop your truest self with confidence.

Multiple people have told me that being with me is "cozy", and that I am intelligent, warm, kind, and easy to be around. I greatly value the warmth I can radiate to others and make it my goal to create safe spaces for people to do meaningful work.

I specialize in working with people who may have been called "weird" or "nerdy" at some point. Being queer and neurodivergent myself, I think most of us are familiar with the feeling of being different from a young age. That has a certain impact on the way we see ourselves and move through the world, so it's nice to meet a fellow weirdo who gets it.

I feel like I was put on this earth to be a helper. I feel so extremely fulfilled by the work I get to do. I consider it an honor to be trusted with people's deepest fears and feelings, to bear witness to the tragedies and triumphs of our human existence, and getting to be part of the creative chaos of helping people find better lives through therapy.
