I rely on evidence-based practices, including different types of cognitive, somatic, narrative, and mindful forms of therapy. This means you can think more clearly, feel less hijacked by your nervous system, and make decisions without burning out.

Together we'll come up with a detailed plan that's designed specifically for you. There is no such thing as one-size fits all with me. I'm specific and considerate of the unique qualities of the person in front of me, and my approach is designed to honor those qualities and help you develop your truest self with confidence.

Multiple people have told me that being with me is "cozy", and that I am intelligent, warm, kind, and easy to be around. I greatly value the warmth I can radiate to others and make it my goal to create safe spaces for people to do meaningful work.

I work with high-masking students and professionals with ADHD, Autism, OCD, and trauma. I work with people who look functioning on paper but live in a state of constant overthinking, nervous system exhaustion, shame spirals, and decision paralysis.

I feel like I was put on this earth to be a helper. I feel so extremely fulfilled by the work I get to do. I consider it an honor to be trusted with people's deepest fears and feelings, to bear witness to the tragedies and triumphs of our human existence, and getting to be part of the creative chaos of helping people find better lives through therapy.
