My approach is warm, direct, and practical. I help people slow down the patterns that create conflict, anxiety, or distance and build skills that strengthen communication, emotional safety, and connection.

Together we’ll identify what’s creating stress or distance and work step-by-step toward change. You’ll learn practical tools to communicate clearly, manage emotions, and create healthier patterns at home, in relationships, and in daily life.

I specialize in working with couples and individuals who feel stuck in patterns of conflict, anxiety, or emotional disconnection. Many of my clients are also navigating ADHD, autism, or the stress of parenting a neurodivergent child while trying to stay connected in their relationship.

I became a therapist because I’ve seen firsthand how demanding life can be—between military stress, relationships, and parenting a neurodivergent child. I wanted to help others feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools that make real change possible.
