My therapeutic style is relational and collaborative, while also incorporating practical strategies to reduce distress, increase self-awareness, and strengthen connection with yourself and others. I draw from approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Harm Reduction.

I believe therapy can offer a meaningful space for connection, reflection, and evolution, even when the process feels complicated and hard. We’re wired for connection, but many of us have learned to carry things alone. You don’t have to do that here. I would be honored to sit with you in the messiness of being human.

Compassionate, authentic, and attuned to those I work with. I can appreciate the "weirdness" and vulnerability of sharing your inner thoughts and fears with a stranger, and often turn to story sharing, humor, and empathetic connection to foster an environment in which your walls start to safely come down.
