My mission, as a professional counselor is simple: to create a safe and respectful space where my clients can honestly explore, and learn from their personal stories. It is a true honor and privilege to facilitate these personal moments of discovery, that are often raw, difficult and challenging.

I work with couples who are hoping to improve their communication, deepen their connection, and navigate challenges such as intimacy issues or infidelity. My goal is to create a supportive space where both partners feel heard and can work toward a more fulfilling relationship.

I also support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and related concerns. This often includes work around self-esteem, body image, and in some cases, self-harm. Together, we explore patterns, build coping strategies, and move toward greater emotional resilience and self-acceptance.

When I am not at the office, I enjoy hiking and skiing in the Colorado mountains with my husband and three adult children.
