My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, combining insight-oriented work with practical strategies. Drawing from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral perspectives, I help clients understand patterns contributing to distress while developing tools to manage anxiety, mood, and life stressors and move toward meaningful change.

Together we will explore the patterns and experiences contributing to your current distress. In the short term, therapy focuses on stabilizing symptoms and improving day-to-day functioning. Over time, we may also work to better understand past experiences that continue to influence how you feel, think, and relate to others.

My clients often describe me as thoughtful, calm, and easy to talk with. I aim to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where people feel understood while also being gently challenged to reflect, grow, and move toward the changes they want in their lives.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and significant life transitions. Many of the people I work with are navigating relationship challenges, identity questions, or periods of change in midlife and later adulthood.

My practice focuses on helping adults better understand the patterns and experiences that contribute to emotional distress. I aim to provide a calm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges openly while developing practical ways to move forward.
