Elizabeth has a deep passion for helping individuals, couples and families navigate the complexities of identity, trauma, and relationships. Her clinical interests include identity exploration, PTSD, sex and intimacy, anxiety, and OCD.

She brings a compassionate, grounded presence to the therapeutic space—one where clients can safely explore the parts of themselves that often go unheard or unseen. She thrives when helping people deepen their insight and reconnect with their authenticity.

She utilizes a systemic lens and non-pathologizing approach and strives to help her clients understand and break out of the negative cycles that keep them feeling stuck. She is passionate about creating spaces where partners feel seen, heard, and supported - especially in today's fast-paced society.
