My approach is rooted in values of compassion, collaboration, and authenticity. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I integrate practical tools for change with deeper emotional processing, exploration of patterns, and self-understanding. My work is neurodiverse- and queer-affirming, weight-inclusive, and trauma-informed.

As a queer person with ADHD, I personally know the importance of having a therapist who understands and can support the navigation of these complex experiences.
