I help clients feeling stuck in anxiety spirals, tired from trying to do everything right, and unsure of who they are when they're not performing. By reconnecting to the parts of yourself that feel unacceptable or not good enough, our work helps you understand what you’ve learned from the past and build new, authentic ways of relating to yourself and others.

Help understand the parts of you that learned to use things like self-criticism or masking to survive and develop the confidence and self-trust to navigate life without abandoning yourself in the process. We’ll use practical tools to manage anxiety and emotional overwhelm, while also exploring identity, formative experiences, and nervous system responses.

Warm, affirming, direct, and genuine. I meet each client with openhearted curiosity. I want you to feel safe expressing yourself openly, without fear of judgement. I can have a direct communication style; I don't want you to have to read between the lines. My clients can trust how I show up, because I mean what I say and I genuinely care.

Are LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent and want support handling life stress, building genuine relationships, or getting to the deeper issues that keep you feeling stuck. Folks who are navigating identity, authentic self-expression, anxiety, and shame. I also can partner with parents of LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent children to help process their own questions and emotions

As a queer person with ADHD, I personally know the importance of having a therapist who understands and can support the navigation of these complex experiences. I also believe that everyone deserves to feel affirmed, taken seriously, and supported in a world that doesn't always treat them the way they deserve.
