We all hold the inner wisdom of what’s best for our lives but sometimes we need gentle guidance to help us reconnect with that truth. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach blends EMDR, IFS, somatic work, & psychedelic therapy to support healing of mind, body & spirit.

Trauma can leave us feeling stuck—trapped in our minds and disconnected from our bodies. This disconnection can affect how we relate to ourselves and others. Together we can explore the root causes of your emotional pain, so you can heal old wounds and find lasting balance in your mind, body, and relationships.

My clients would describe me as a compassionate gentle guide throughout their healing journeys. Many appreciate my deep love for neuroscience combined with my down to earth approach. The majority of trauma work is rooted in relationships, which makes the client-clinician connection essential to meaningful healing.

I enjoy working with motivated adults that are ready to dive deep into the root of their emotional pain. Clients that are willing to be vulnerable and messy in the therapy room. I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, women's issues, autism, and grief.

I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and others. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the human capacity to heal. I discovered my true calling in trauma work after training in EMDR therapy. Witnessing clients experience “aha” moments, those powerful shifts that bring insight and relief.

I’m continually inspired by the fields of neuroscience and psychology, and integrate insights from both into my therapeutic approach. I believe that understanding how our brains and bodies respond to stress and trauma can empower lasting change. When I’m not reading or listening to a podcast, you can usually find me seeing live music, hiking, or painting.
