They appreciate my ability to remember the small details, connect patterns they hadn't noticed, and ask thoughtful questions that foster new insight. Many also value my directness, practical tools, and the fact that I show up authentically as a real person, not just a clinician.

I specialize in working with people who are ready to go beyond symptom relief and better understand themselves. I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent adults, especially those navigating ADHD, as well as individuals healing from anxiety, relational trauma, and unhealthy relationship patterns.

I've always been curious about how our experiences shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. My own journey with ADHD, anxiety, and relational healing inspired me to become a therapist and continues to inform the empathy, authenticity, and perspective I bring to my work.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, and sex positive. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration for clients interested in incorporating these approaches into their healing journey.
