One of the foundational aspects of life is the relationships people hold with others. Everyone is shaped by the experiences they have and the people they know. Understanding these parts of life can provide deeper insight into oneself.

I firmly believe in creating a trusting, validating, and comfortable environment for my clients. I acknowledge that therapy is hard work and recognize the strength it takes to explore oneself. As a pre-licensed psychotherapist, my goal is to support others, honor who they are, and respect the stories they carry.

My areas of focus include couples therapy, anxiety, depression, emerging adulthood, grief & loss and women’s issues. My therapeutic approach combines a mixture of DBT, EFT, Narrative and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy depending on the unique needs of each and every client.
