Elena Kopel

My practice is one that centers and celebrates authenticity, courageous exploration, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. This can look like taking the time to build trust and connection, pulling from a wide variety of modalities, and curiosity and silliness when needed (which I believe is often!)

We will sit in the messy experience of being human; exploring and learning from our pain while uplifting and celebrating the joys. We will co-create your therapy experience, making it into whatever you need it to be in order to feel as safe as possible. We will laugh, make mistakes, and work together to find support that feels sustainable and liberating.

My clients would describe me as: silly, validating, fiercely passionate, a lover of dark humor, curious, creative, out-of-the-box, and "queer af". 😂 I'm a real human and show up as such in therapy sessions - no "blank slate" therapist here!
