My approach is warm and collaborative, and I provide a safe space for women to navigate challenges. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to examine unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT) for staying present and calm, and Positive Psychology to cultivate optimism and self-compassion.

We'll work collaboratively to explore the challenges you are facing. I'll provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can share your experiences and move at a pace that feels right for you. We'll focus on effective coping skills, take steps toward the life and goals you envision, and customize a treatment plan that you feel comfortable with.
