I work from a trauma-informed framework that emphasizes present-moment experience, relational patterns, and nervous system regulation. Rather than focusing on catharsis or big breakthroughs, our work is about making steady, respectful contact with your internal experience and exploring what supports greater connection and ease over time.

Together we'll work to support greater regulation, choice, and a felt sense of safety. We'll explore identity-level beliefs such as feeling not enough, too much, or fundamentally alone, and create space to experience yourself beyond these fixed narratives. We'll focus on strengthening your capacity for connection with yourself, and others.

My clients would describe me as warm, present, and empowering. They often experience sessions as a space where they can make contact with their inner experience without pressure to perform. Clients often note that I create a steady, nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to slow down and notice what’s really happening for them.
