My vibe is very laid back and comfortable. I take a whole person approach to my therapy work. Our upbringings, community, and systems we live in drastically impact our ability to show up fully. I incorporate all of these things in my work because it's a huge disservice if we don't.

I believe that therapy is a deeply collaborative process. You are an expert in your experiences and I am an expert in the process. We both bring our expertise to the table to tackle whatever topic is bringing you in.

are neurodivergent, anxious, depressed, wrestling with life transitions or identities, and folks wanting to overcome spiritual trauma/abuse. I love helping people get back to their true selves and/or find themselves for the first time.

like many therapists, I needed someone in my corner and not having that was really detrimental for me. I seek to be that for others. Getting to share space and witness human beings at such crucial moments is something I hold with such reverence and honor. It would legit be such an honor to share that with you!
