To put it simply, this life isn't easy. It can be complicated, scary, harmful, weird, and full of twists and turns that just don't make sense. I have 4 years of experience as a therapist for neurodivergent adults with intersecting mental health conditions, like PTSD, Bipolar I & II, Anxiety, Psychosis, Depression, BPD, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, & support areas such as relationship-building, complex trauma, coping skill development, identity, emotional skills/anger mgmt, body image, & self-esteem.
