Meagan Clark founded Her Time Therapy after caregiving through her mother's cancer and losing her, then attending grief counseling for the first time. She knew how few places treated women's struggles as real. We built a practice staffed entirely by women, where feminist, trauma-informed care isn't a specialty listed on a website. It's the whole model.

I founded Her Time Therapy in December 2020, a few years after I sat in hospital rooms with my mother while she was dying of cancer. I was a caregiver, a daughter, and a person quietly falling apart, and what I could not find anywhere was a place that treated the depth of my grief as real instead of admirable. So I built one.
